What are your booking policies?

Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, cancelled, rescheduled or refunded. However, we offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booking date.

How can I pay for my tickets?

We accept major credit and debit cards. We also offer payment through Net Banking and UPI, facilitated by our payment partner Razorpay.

Can I adjust the number of guests after booking?

Yes, the total number of guests can be adjusted at the venue after booking. Please inform our staff upon arrival.

Do you offer block booking?

Yes, we offer block booking. Once you block-book a slot with us, we will send you a booking confirmation via SMS and email. The balance payment can be made at the venue.

What if I don't receive a confirmation after booking?

If you don't receive a confirmation number after submitting payment, please contact our support team immediately to confirm your booking status.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the cinema. We have a concession stand offering a variety of snacks and beverages.

Can I bring my pet to the cinema?

We apologize, but pets are not permitted in the cinema, except for certified service animals.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises to ensure a comfortable environment for all our guests.

Do you have accessible seating for disabled patrons?

Yes, we offer accessible seating. Please inform us at the time of booking so we can ensure the best accommodations.

What are your show timings?

Our show timings vary depending on the schedule. Please check our website or call our box office for the most up-to-date slot availability.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts for students, seniors, and group bookings. Please enquire at the box office for current promotions.

How early should I arrive before my slot?

We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled start time to allow for check-in, seating, and any concession purchases.
